Steven, a full-time graphic design student at Platt College, assists Rancho Mesa's team as a production assistant and video editor in the media communications department.
In his free time, Steven enjoys designing visual graphics, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Rancho Mesa is pleased to congratulate Shane and Sierra Stone on their recent wedding. The ceremony took place on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Cordiano Winery in Escondido, CA.
Sierra Stone began her career with Rancho Mesa in 2016 and is currently an Account Coordinator. Shane is an Aviation Rescue Swimmer in the United States Navy.
The couple loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, camping, exploring, and enjoying all that nature has to offer.

The presenter, Doug Hayden from Captive Resources, LLC, discussed the captive model as a viable insurance option for local businesses.
A captive is designed for companies that are not only interested in controlling insurance costs and retaining investment income, but obtaining high quality coverage and insurance related services.

Family is a big part of Jose's life, as well as, good friends, and a trip here and there. On the weekend, he coaches and manages an adult softball team with players ranging from 23 to 50.

A crowd gathered at Rancho Mesa Insurance Services, Inc. and many tuned in online to watch Dave Garcia host the "OneofOne" drawing on Monday, April 2, 2018.
Over sixty clients were entered to win a chance for one of ten $250 donations to the nonprofit of their choice or the grand prize, the naming rights to an examination room at Family Health Centers of San Diego, one of Rancho Mesa's long-time clients.
In order to be entered into the drawing, clients were asked to share their “OneofOne” moment. A "OneofOne" is when Rancho Mesa has exceeded the client's expectations through excellence in customer service, risk management practices, industry expertise, workshops or any other way, big or small. We see this as being like no other agency, "OneofOne."

Rancho Mesa Insurance Services is pleased to announce Shane Medlin has joined our team as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits department.
Shane brings more than a decade of experience to our health benefits department. He possesses strong strategic planning, tactical contract negotiation, and benefit plan design analysis. He collaborates with the service team to establish best in practice benefit programs that meet the cultural, financial and health benefit goals of clients.
Originally from New England, Shane currently resides in Oceanside, California with his wife Merissa and son Aiden. He enjoys outdoor activities such as golf and fishing. “The best part of my day is coming home to my family and spending quality time with my son sharing life lessons and experiences.”

After desiring a more specialized role within the industry, Andy decided to join Rancho Mesa's Surety Department.
Andy was born and raised in San Diego, and currently resides in the Clairemont area with his wife Kelsey and their two dogs. He enjoys staying active, playing softball, ice hockey, and spending time with his family and friends.
