Getting to Know the Rancho Mesa Family
Meet our Rancho Mesa employees and learn why they enjoy being part of our team.
Employees Vote Rancho Mesa Best Workplace
The insurance industry is a people business and Rancho Mesa is proud of the work we do in our community and the people on our team. The dedicated individuals who protect our clients are truly what sets us apart.
We value employee satisfaction across all areas of life. So much so, we decided to ask employees about their job satisfaction and we found that 93.5% of our employees said they have a high level of overall job satisfaction. And, while many companies have purchased “best place to work” awards through various publications, Rancho Mesa wanted real data from our real employees. Last year, Rancho Mesa used MarshBerry’s reputable Employee Engagement Survey which allowed employees to voice their opinions honestly and confidentially. MarshBerry then evaluated the feedback and provided a summary of the results. These results offered insight into areas such as career advancement, management, and work/life balance. Here’s what they discovered.

Summit Club Experience
Summit Club
Welcome to Summit Club
Summit Club 2023 Pre Trip
Rancho Mesa’s Summit Club is an annual trip attended by the agency’s top producers, admin staff and leadership team.
It’s an opportunity to show the Rancho Mesa employees that they are valued members of the team and their loyalty is greatly appreciated.
What’s unique about Summit Club, is that it’s open to all employees, not just the sales team. The admin staff is an integral part of Rancho Mesa and we believe they should be recognized for their efforts. So, the admin team attends Summit Club upon reaching various milestones in their tenure with Rancho Mesa, and the sales team, they’re invited when they reach their annual goals.
Every year, the qualifying group of employees and their partners are taken on a five-day trip to relax and enjoy some time with nature.
The Summit Club locations very from year-to-year. Past Summit Club trips have included Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; Lake Tahoe, La Posada resort in Santa Fe, New Mexico; the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona; and St. Regis Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.
