The RM365 Advantage Safety Star Program in Construction Safety or Human Services are designed for supervisors, foremen, safety coordinators, upper management, and administrators, directors of human resources, facilities/operations managers and safety committee members, respectively.
This program is open to Rancho Mesa Insurance Services clients and their employees.
To earn the RM365 Advantage Safety Star, complete the required modules for your specialization. The modules can be completed 100% online over six months or a combination of in-person and online modules over 12 months. At the conclusion of each module, the participant will be tested to ensure they were able to pull the main points from the training. The test can be re-taken until a passing score is received.
The certification is valid for two years. Participants must complete approved module(s) every 12 months to maintain the certification.
Upon completion of the modules, the participant may be recognized by Rancho Mesa as a RM365 Advantage Safety Star team member and featured on the Safety Star webpage.
