Host, ArboRisk founder, Eric Petersen was joined by Mick Kelly of ArboRisk Insurance, and Rory to discuss insurance issues that tree care companies face. They did a deep dive into the current state of the industry and the rising costs, during a time when underwriting acceptability is decreasing.

They also discussed professional liability, employment practices liability, pollution coverages, and ways tree care companies can lower their auto premium.

Rancho Mesa's tree care expert Rory Anderson, alongside fellow industry peer Eric Petersen, were panelists during a recent informative webinar designed specifically for tree care professionals.

The webinar on April 6, 2023 was hosted by NIP Group, a carrier specializing in insurance coverage for the tree care and landscape industries. NIP Group has provided specialized coverage and risk control to the industries for more than 30 years. Rancho Mesa is proud to partner with them to provide our tree care and landscape clients with the best service possible.

During the webinar, Rory and Eric discussed coverages that tree care professionals should have, but might be missing.

Rancho Mesa Insurance Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Rory Anderson, an Account Executive in the Landscape Group.

Rory’s background in sales, marketing, and customer service make him an ideal fit for Rancho Mesa’s growing Landscape Group. He specializes in Risk Management for tree trimmers and landscape professionals.

Rory was born and raised in San Diego, and currently lives downtown in East Village with his Fiancé Alex and their golden retriever puppy, Asher. Rory grew up playing sports, surfing, and playing guitar – all of which he still loves to do in his free time. He also enjoys great food, so him and his Fiancé are always checking out new restaurants; and they are big Laker and Padre fans!
