On Friday March 21, 2025 Rancho Mesa hosted the Ladder Safety Workshop, presented by Zee Reid, Senior Loss Control Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.

Business Owners and Safety Managers gathered at Rancho Mesa’s Mission Valley office to learn about common Cal/OSHA violations, safety requirements, and industry trends. Additional resources were provided to attendees for use on the jobsite, helping to ensure ladder safety.

Unsafe ladder use is consistently one of the most commonly cited OSHA violations each year, but regular training and education can help prevent injuries to employees and costly fines for business owners.

Rancho Mesa clients can utilize the SafetyOne™ platform to ensure their employees are properly trained using online ladder safety courses and toolbox talks along with documenting ladder inspections and proper ladder usage.

The ladder safety workshop is part of the RM365 Safety Star™ Program designed to provide safety education to supervisors, foremen, safety coordinators and upper management in order to lower their company’s probability of work-related injuries while promoting a safety culture.

Rancho Mesa takes pride in providing our clients with the resources they need to drive their continued success.
